Privacy Policy

Account: your email address and a user ID, used to sign you in and identify your data. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the email your Apple ID shares (which may be a private relay address).

Your content: the lessons and phrases you create, and optional profile settings such as your native language, username, and preferences.

Study activity: flashcard ratings, listening time, and quiz results. This powers your spaced-repetition schedule and the progress stats shown to you — it is used for your account's functionality, not for advertising or profiling.

Payments are processed by Stripe on our website. We never see or store your card number; we keep only your plan status and purchase records needed to provide the service.

In the Speak quiz, your pronunciation recording is sent to Microsoft Azure for scoring and is not stored after your score is returned. The microphone is used only while you record an attempt.

We run on established infrastructure and processing providers: Vercel and Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Microsoft Azure (audio storage, text-to-speech, speech scoring), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech for premium voices), Anthropic (AI generation of lesson scripts and study guides from the text you provide), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function for you.

The website uses cookies solely to keep you signed in and remember your session context. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the iOS app under Account → Delete account, or on the web at immersful.com/account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your lessons, audio, study history, and sign-in are erased.

Immersful is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
