Terms of Service

You need an account to study. You're responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 to use Immersful. You can delete your account at any time on the web at immersful.com/account or in the iOS app under Account → Delete account; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Lessons, phrases, card designs, and images you create remain yours. You give us the license needed to operate the service on them — storing them, generating audio from them, rendering your cards, and, if you choose to publish a course to the Community, showing it to other learners. Unpublishing or deleting removes it from the service; already-printed decks are yours in ink.

Only upload content you have the right to use. We may remove content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks these terms.

The Delivered courses, generated audio, card templates, and the apps themselves belong to Pat's Flash Cards. Your subscription or account grants personal, non-commercial use — study with them as much as you like, but don't redistribute, resell, or bulk-extract them.

Premium is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe on the web; voice credits are one-time purchases. You can cancel any time and Premium runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Physical flashcard decks ordered through the service are subject to the order flow's stated pricing and shipping terms.

Don't break the service or use it to harm others: no attempts to bypass usage limits or payment, no scraping or bulk-downloading audio, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no using the AI features to generate material that's illegal or intended to harass. Community publishing is a shared space — keep published courses something you'd hand a stranger.

We work to keep Immersful fast and reliable, but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves. Generated audio and AI-written content can contain mistakes; check anything you rely on. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

You can stop using Immersful at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we'll update this page and its effective date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the changes.
